You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items
Items must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact
Return window starts from the delivery date confirmed by our courier
Eligible Returns
We Accept Returns For: – Unopened beauty products in original packaging – Items
that arrive damaged or defective – Products that don’t match the website description –
Orders sent in error by our team – Items with manufacturing defects
Non-Returnable Items
For Health and Safety Reasons, We Cannot Accept Returns For: – Opened or used
beauty products (makeup, skincare, hair care) – Products with broken seals or
tampered packaging – Personalized or customized items – Items past the 30-day return
window – Products without original packaging or labels – Gift cards or digital products
How to Return Items
Step 1: Contact Us – Email info@radiantyou.co.uk with your order number – Include
reason for return and photos if item is damaged – We’ll provide return authorization
and instructions within 24 hours
Step 2: Package Your Return – Use original packaging when possible – Include all
accessories, instructions, and free samples – Securely package to prevent damage
during transit – Include return authorization number on package
Step 3: Ship Your Return – Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless
item is defective) – We recommend using tracked shipping for items over £20 – Items
remain your responsibility until received by our warehouse – Returns should be sent to
the address provided in your return authorization
Refund Process
Processing Time: – Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your
return – You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed – Refunds
appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Refund Details: – Refunds are issued to the original payment method only – Original
shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective) – Return shipping costs are
deducted from refund (unless item is defective) – Refund amount will be the price paid,
minus any applicable deductions
Damaged or Defective Items
If Items Arrive Damaged or Defective: – Contact us immediately with photos of the
damage – We’ll arrange return shipping at no cost to you – Full refund or replacement
will be provided – No return shipping costs will be deducted
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct product exchanges
For different products, please return the original item and place a new order
This ensures fastest processing and product availability
New orders can be placed while return is being processed
Late or Missing Refunds
If You Haven’t Received Your Refund: 1. Check with your bank or credit card
company (processing can take 5-10 business days) 2. Contact your bank again if still
not received 3. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund,

International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Items must clear customs and may be subject to additional fees
We recommend using tracked, insured shipping for international returns
